This wine is pale straw in colour with aromas of ripe stone fruits of peach and apricot with a hint of citrus. The palate is clean and fresh with grape fruit flavours and is typical of a unwooded Hunter Chardonnay style.

AWARDS: Bronze 2009 Hunter Valley Wine Show Class 5.

winemaking

This wine had limited skin contact and 24 hours to settle off lees before being fermented in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation took 3 weeks and the wine was kept at a temperature between 14 and 16 degrees. This wine was bottled early to retain primary fruit flavour. Bottled: 2nd July 2009

This wine is from the spectacular 'Inglewood' Vineyard located in the upper reaches of the Hunter Valley. The name 'Two Rivers' was drawn from the Vineyards unique position nestled on the banks of the Hunter River near its confluence with the Goulburn.
